SNACK ATTACK: BERRY & BANANA SMOOTHIE

Hey dreamers,

We’ve all been there: it’s 3 p.m., we’re a little bit tired & hungry, and we’re about to reach for the chocolate and biscuits. Instead of gorging on sugary snacks, give this super simple, delicious berry smoothie a go. It’s packed with antioxidants, fibre, and only natural sugars – helping you feel energised & full until dinner time.

For this simply scrumptious Berry & Banana smoothie you will need frozen berries, frozen banana, plant-based milk and (if you feel like amping up your protein intake) some protein powder. That’s it! Simple, wholesome and delicious.

Berry & Banana Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients 1 & 1/4 cup of rice milk (or other milk of choice) 1 frozen banana 1 cup frozen mixed berries (optional) 2 heaped tbsp protein powder

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass or jar and enjoy!
